The Literature exam for Nghe An's specialized schools evokes the pure emotions of school age.

This is the opinion of teacher Phan Thi Van Huong - Teacher of the subjectLiteratureat Phu Hong Secondary School - Yen Thanh District. Teacher Van Huong participated in the New Textbook Selection Council and was a member of the Local Educational Materials Appraisal Council at the secondary school level.

Evaluating this year's exam, teacher Van Huong said: The Literature exam brought quite interesting surprises to students and teachers when life and literature were opened up to help discover new perspectives.

Specifically, in the reading comprehension section, open-ended questions that stimulate candidates, aim at encouraging words to stimulate imagination, arouse rich associations, and the hidden abilities in each person's soul... have brought creative inspiration to candidates and aroused literary emotions in them.

In particular, the Literature exam surprised with the issues raised in the reading comprehension question: "Do you agree with the author's statement:Daytime is the life of living beings and nighttime is the life of plants.? Why?”. Because this question not only evokes the pure emotions of adolescence, but also contains potential conflicting ideas and counter-arguments, which are very positive for students’ independent thinking. The material in the question also evokes deeper thoughts for students when opening up the issue of tthe soul of man, the life of plants.

The social argumentation has touched on the journey to the student's dream. According to the teacher: Beautiful dreams, contrasting realities in life, and levels of meaning that can be evoked from a discussion topic are potential lands for students to express their own ideas, thereby seeing their bravery and intelligence, thereby selecting truly elite students for the Literature team.

The literary argumentative sentence addresses a problem that is not new but follows a very new and strange lead. In which, it originates from the understanding of the so-called "depth"In the literary work, the topic asked students to discover"new things" of a literary work, from which to clarifycharacteristics of artistic creation.

Teacher Van Huong also said: "Strange and new in the guidance, but the discussion issue is the eternal thing of literature in particular, art in general, and therefore, interesting, attractive but not difficult for students. It is not difficult for students to realize that the discussion requirement is related to the most important aspect of literature, which is the emotion, the author's heart conveyed and expressed in the work - that is the element belonging to the content of thoughts and feelings".

Sharing her feelings to do well on this exam, Ms. Huong said: "Literature is like life, familiar for thousands of years but every moment can still have new hidden corners. The important thing is to needblue eyesdiscovery, and more importantly, breaking away from the dull monotony, daring to commit and change, including one's own achievements."
