Proposing policies and regimes when arranging and streamlining the organization in the Army
The Ministry of National Defense is drafting a Circular guiding the implementation of policies and regimes for officers, professional soldiers, defense workers and civil servants, and people working in cryptography who receive salaries similar to those of military personnel in the implementation of streamlining and streamlining the organizational apparatus in the Army.

Draft Circular guiding the implementation of policies for officers, professional soldiers, defense workers and civil servants, and people working in secretarial work receiving salaries similar to those for soldiers who retire early, are demobilized, or quit their jobs; training and fostering to improve qualifications after implementing organizational restructuring.
The draft provides specific guidance on how to determine the time used as the basis for calculating policies and benefits for cases of leave within the first 12 months and from the 13th month onwards; monthly salary used to calculate policies and benefits (Article 3).
Regarding the determination of time and age limit for calculating benefits and regimes, Article 4 of the draft provides specific instructions on how to determine time and age limit for calculating benefits for retirement, demobilization, and one-time severance; how to calculate the number of months and years of early retirement; time used as a basis for calculating benefits; age limit for calculating benefits for subjects in the implementation of organizational restructuring and streamlining.
Regarding the calculation of policies for cases of early retirement, Article 5 of the draft guides the calculation of one-time retirement benefits for early retirement; early retirement policy based on working time with compulsory social insurance for subjects in the implementation of organizational restructuring and streamlining.
The draft also specifies how to calculate the benefits of demobilization and severance pay for officers, professional soldiers, defense workers and civil servants, and people working in secretarial work who receive salaries similar to those of military personnel (Articles 6 and 7). The contents of these articles provide guidance on how to calculate demobilization and severance pay for cases of demobilization and severance within 12 months and demobilization and severance from the 13th month onwards from the date the competent authority decides to reorganize and streamline the apparatus; and how to calculate benefits for the period of work with compulsory social insurance.
The policy on training and improving qualifications after reassignment is also specifically stipulated in Article 8 of the draft, which provides specific guidance on training and improving qualifications for reassignment subjects to meet the job requirements of the job position.
