Due to the influence of the cold air strengthening combined with the western edge of the circulation of storm No. 11, from tonight until October 17, there will be rain in the North, especially in the Northeast, moderate rain, heavy rain, some places very heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms. The northeast wind inland is strong at level 3-4, coastal areas at level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting at level 7-8.

From tomorrow (October 16), the weather in the northern provinces will turn cold, with some places in the northern mountainous areas getting colder with the lowest temperature at night commonly ranging from 19-21 degrees Celsius, and some places in the mountainous areas ranging from 16-19 degrees Celsius.

Hanoi from early tomorrow morning (October 16) to October 17 will have rain, moderate rain, heavy rain in some places. From tomorrow (October 16), the weather will turn cold with the lowest temperature at night commonly 19-21 degrees.

Due to the influence of cold air combined with the circulation of storm No. 11, in the Gulf of Tonkin there will be strong winds of level 6-7; from tonight in the northern part of the Gulf of Tonkin (including Co To and Bach Long Vi islands), the winds will gradually increase to level 8, near the storm's eye level 9-10, gusting to level 13; the sea will be very rough.

The sea area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai (including Hon Ngu, Cu Lao Cham, and Ly Son islands) has strong winds of level 6-7, gusting to level 9. Rough seas. Disaster risk level: level 3.
