On this occasion, Vinh City Youth Union also awarded 42 scholarships to poor children in Tan Kieu fishing village, Vinh Tan ward and children in especially difficult circumstances in Hong Son and Cua Nam wards, each worth 500,000 VND to support them in their studies.
