(Baonghean.vn) -At noon on April 1st, while collecting snails, two brothers, Dinh Cong Nguyen (9 years old, a 4th grade student) and Dinh Cong Troi (7 years old, a 2nd grade student), residing in Lac Thanh hamlet, Hung Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district (Nghe An province), drowned in a water ditch.

On the afternoon of April 1st, Mr. Nguyen The Tinh, Head of the Hung Thanh Commune Police Station, Yen Thanh District, Nghe An Province, confirmed the above information.

Accordingly, at noon on April 1st, Nguyen and Troi went out to catch snails together. By early afternoon, when the two boys still hadn't returned, their families organized a search. Around 2 PM that same day, residents discovered the bodies of the two brothers in a water ditch in the fields of Lac Thanh hamlet.

It is known that the two brothers, Nguyen and Troi, are the sons of Mr. Dinh Cong Long (born in 1975), who has been working abroad in Russia for nearly a year. Their family is considered to be in difficult circumstances in the neighborhood.
