Previously, at around 9:30 a.m. on September 22, the Traffic Patrol and Control Team of the PC67 Bac Giang Department was on duty on the Hanoi - Bac Giang Expressway when they received a report about a car with blue license plate 80B-34xx traveling on National Highway 1A in the direction of Lang Son - Hanoi showing signs of violation. Immediately, the Patrol Team deployed a plan to request the vehicle to stop and check.
When the car reached Km 109+200 QL1A in Tan Dinh commune - Lang Giang district, the patrol team discovered a suspicious car going in the opposite direction at high speed.
