At 3:00 p.m. on June 23, the working group of Dien Chau District Police and Dien Ngoc Commune Police discovered 4 young men, including: TVT and D.VS, both born in 1995, residing in Dien Bich Commune, along with THS and NXĐ born in 2000, residing in Dien Ngoc Commune, inviting each other to go fishing at Dien Ngoc fishing port, without keepingsafe distance, during this time it is recommended to only go out when absolutely necessary.

Accordingly, based on Point a, Clause 1, Article 12 of Decree No. 117/2020/ND-CP, Dien Chau District Police and Dien Ngoc Commune Police have drawn up a record and fined each case 2 million VND.
