In Dien Chau districtOn April 10, 2020, Mr. Nguyen Hong Trung - Chairman of Dien Hong Commune People's Committee signed a decision to administratively fine Mr. TNH, residing in Dien Hong Commune, 200,000 VND for leaving the house without a necessary reason.

Specifically, at the time of the inspection, Mr. TNH was driving a motorbike on National Highway 1A, carrying a fishing rod and a plastic bucket to a fish pond in Trung Hong hamlet (Dien Hong commune) to fish. Mr. H.'s behavior violated Prime Minister's Directive 16 on social distancing.

In Con Cuong districtAlso today, April 10, the People's Committee of Con Cuong town established an interdisciplinary inspection team to inspect the implementation of Directive No. 16 of the Prime Minister on urgent measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in the town.

The inspection team issued administrative fines for 6 cases of not wearing masks while riding motorbikes on the street. The total fine was 1 million VND. Previously, Mon Son Commune Police also issued a fine of 200,000 VND for not wearing masks in public.

At Cua Lo TownAs of April 10, the town police and ward police have detected and handled 19 cases of not wearing masks in public places. Of these, 13 cases were fined and 6 cases under 16 years old were warned.
