In Dien Chau districtOn April 10, 2020, Mr. Nguyen Hong Trung - Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Hong commune signed a decision to administratively fine Mr. TNH, residing in Dien Hong commune, 200,000 VND for leaving the house without a necessary reason.
Specifically, at the time of the inspection, Mr. TNH was driving a motorbike on National Highway 1A, carrying a fishing rod and a plastic bucket to a fish pond in Trung Hong hamlet (Dien Hong commune) to fish. Mr. H's behavior violated Prime Minister's Directive 16 on social distancing.

In Con Cuong districtAlso today, April 10, the People's Committee of Con Cuong town established an interdisciplinary inspection team to inspect the implementation of Prime Minister's Directive No. 16 on urgent measures to prevent and control Covid-19 epidemic in the town.
