(Baonghean.vn) - Besides the young people fishing in Dien Chau, many cases of not wearing face masks in public places in other localities in the province were also fined administratively today.
In Dien Chau districtOn April 10, 2020, Mr. Nguyen Hong Trung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Hong commune, signed a decision to impose an administrative fine of 200,000 VND on Mr. TNH, residing in Dien Hong commune, for leaving his house without a necessary reason.
Specifically, at the time of the inspection, Mr. TNH was driving a motorbike on National Highway 1A, carrying a fishing rod and a plastic bucket to a fish pond in Trung Hong hamlet (Dien Hong commune) to fish. Mr. H.'s actions violated Directive 16 of the Prime Minister on social distancing.

In Con Cuong districtAlso on April 10th, the People's Committee of Con Cuong town established an inter-agency inspection team to review the implementation of Prime Minister's Directive No. 16 on urgent measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic in the town.
The inspection team issued administrative fines to 6 individuals for not wearing face masks while riding motorbikes on the road. The total fine amounted to 1 million VND. Previously, the Mon Son Commune Police also issued a fine of 200,000 VND to one individual for not wearing a face mask in a public place.

In Cua Lo TownAs of April 10th, the town police and ward police have detected and handled 19 cases of people not wearing masks in public places. Of these, 13 cases resulted in fines, and 6 cases involved individuals under 16 years old who received written warnings.
