At around 5:20 p.m., while on the road with Phan Son Duong (residing in Tien Yen, Bang Lang commune, Quang Binh district, Ha Giang province) hauling wood to build a house, Trieu Trung Lien (born in 1985, residing in the same Tien Yen village) was suddenly shot by a stranger, causing him to collapse on the road. Duong suffered a minor injury to his arm.

After discovering the incident, local people took the two victims to the emergency room. Currently, Mr. Lien is being treated at Ha Giang General Hospital and is awaiting surgery. It is known that through examination, Mr. Lien's body had 53 bullet wounds. However, fortunately, his life was not in danger.
