Putting a gun to his lover's head and the escape of the young 'pilot'

Previously, on June 18, while being escorted to the People's Court of Ha Dong District to try this case, Trung snatched the handcuffs while they were still locked on his right hand and ran away.

On the morning of June 21, Ha Dong District Police arrested Trung while he was hiding near his house.

The Hanoi boss was very reckless, using an iron pipe to fight back against the police, forcing the police to open fire and control him.

Returning to the case in which Trung was just brought to trial, the accusation is that, despite being married, around 2018, the defendant developed feelings for Ms. Tran Thi Bich N. (born 1977, in Ha Dong).

During their relationship, the two had conflicts, causing Ms. N. to want to end the relationship and avoid Trung. This made him angry, he called and texted many times to threaten and prevent Ms. N. from having feelings for anyone else.

On the evening of February 20, Trung brought a pistol (loaded with 6 bullets) and a knife to his lover's house.

Upon arriving, Trung kicked open his lover's house door and rushed into Ms. N's bedroom door. While she was sleeping, she heard a loud noise and woke up.

Trung pulled out a gun and pointed it at Ms. N's temple, threatening: "Today I will kill you." The woman was scared, crying and begging, but Trung ignored her.

He held a knife to the victim’s cheek and shouted: “I will bleed you.” While Ms. N. cried and begged Trung to spare her life, the defendant continued to threaten: “I will wait a few more hours for my birthday, which is also the day you and I will die together.”

When he calmed down, Trung and Ms. N. went to the living room to talk and then went to bed.

At 5am the next morning, Ms. N. pretended to be sick and tired, and asked Trung to cook rice so she could take her medicine. Meanwhile, Ms. N. texted her friend to ask the security guard to come and rescue her.

When some security guards came to knock on the door, taking advantage of the moment when Trung was not paying attention, Ms. N. quickly ran to La Khe Ward Police Station to report the incident.

Seeing Ms. N. escape, Trung hid the knife and gun in the victim's bedroom and fled the area.

During the escape, Trung repeatedly called and texted to threaten to kill Ms. N., making her afraid to return home and forced to stay with someone else.

On the evening of March 4, the wig platoon, carrying an iron chisel, returned to the lover's house, broke down the door, and took the gun that had been hidden the day before.

He called Ms. N. and arranged to meet at the Muong Thanh Hotel. At around 1:30 a.m. on March 5, seeing the victim at the meeting point, Trung pulled out a gun and aimed it at his lover.

When Ms. N. ran away, Trung chased after her but was caught red-handed with evidence by the Ha Dong District Police.
