Going to apply for a job, a young girl was raped and robbed of everything.

On the morning of October 18, the Investigation Police Agency of Huong Tra Town (Thua Thien - Hue Province) announced that the unit had just issued an emergency arrest warrant for a subject who specialized in defrauding young girls in need of jobs, then luring these people to deserted places to rape and rob them.

The arrested subject is Phan Van Phuc (commonly known as Cu Men, 25 years old, residing in Huong Son ward, Hue city). Phuc often goes online to find gullible young girls looking for work to get to know.

According to the initial investigation of the police agency, they met through Zalo so Phuc knew that Ms. TTBN (24 years old, residing in Dak Lak province) was looking for a job. On October 12, Phuc called Ms. N and said he wanted to introduce her to a job and arranged to meet at Co.opMart Hue supermarket.

Trusting Phuc, Ms. N went to the meeting place and was driven around Hue City by Phuc. Then, Phuc used the excuse that there was a death anniversary at home today, so he offered to take Ms. N to burn incense for her ancestors and then go to the job application place.

When arriving at the area of ​​Trieu Son Trung village (Huong Toan commune, Huong Tra town), Phuc stopped his motorbike, took out a sharp object from his person, threatened and dragged Ms. N to the middle of the cemetery to commit rape.

After committing the depraved act, the subject also robbed the victim of a pair of earrings, a gold necklace, 3 million VND, an Iphone 7 and a Vega brand cell phone.

Upon receiving the victim's report, Huong Tra Town Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department of Thua Thien - Hue Province Police to investigate the case. Thereby, Phan Van Phuc was identified as the perpetrator.

At the police station, Phuc confessed to his crime and admitted that he had previously raped and robbed another victim in Hue City.

It is known that Phuc had a previous conviction for theft of property.
