At that time, some parents who were taking their children to school also intervened, but Mr. Dung did not stop. It was not until Tien fainted and lay motionless that he stopped assaulting him and left. Immediately afterwards, representatives of Nhon Hau Primary School No. 1 reported the incident to the commune police and the People's Committee of Nhon Hau commune; at the same time, together with Tien's family, they took him to Binh Dinh General Hospital for emergency treatment.

As of the afternoon of January 26, 2016, Tien was still being treated at Binh Dinh General Hospital, and his health had gradually stabilized.

Through investigation, it was found that Mr. Dung assaulted Tien because Tien had teased his classmate, Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang - Mr. Dung's daughter. When he heard his daughter recount the incident, Mr. Dung was angry and acted like that.

2. Feeling sorry for her child who was beaten by the teacher, the parent slapped the wrong teacher.

Feeling sorry for his child who was scratched in the face by a teacher, a parent of a student in Da Nang slapped the teacher right after school, but mistakenly slapped the teacher of another class. When the parent saw the teacher who scratched his child's face, he took a photo and posted it on social media for everyone to see.

The incident occurred at Duc Tri Primary and Secondary School in Hai Chau District, Da Nang. According to the report sent by the school's board of directors to the district's Department of Education and Training, the incident occurred on October 12, 2016.

Accordingly, at the end of school, when discovering scratches on her child's face and hearing her say that the teacher had beaten her for talking during nap time, parent C., mother of student G., rushed in and slapped a teacher in the middle of the schoolyard in front of many parents who were picking up their children from school. When other parents intervened, the slapped teacher said that she did not know student G. The parent had mistakenly slapped a teacher who was not involved in the incident.

When the school board invited the parents to calmly return to their office and invited the teacher involved in the incident, more family members of the student showed up. As soon as they saw the teacher beating their child, parent C. took out her phone to take a picture of the teacher, saying she wanted to post it online for everyone to see, even though the teacher tried her best to avoid it.

According to the teacher, during nap time, although the teacher reminded him many times, student G. still talked. The teacher hit student G. on the shoulder while he was lying face down and slipped his fingernail onto his cheek, scratching his face. The teacher did not know that he had slipped and scratched the student's face. And student G. did not know at that time, but only found out when he woke up and felt a burning sensation on his face. After school, when the parents asked, the student said his face was scratched because the teacher hit him. The incident continued as described above.

Realizing the teacher’s fault, the school board and the teacher went to the student’s parents’ house many times to apologize, but the family did not receive them. Afterwards, parent C. posted a photo of her child with scratches on his face on social media and “accused” that “the student was beaten by the teacher because he talked during nap time,” and also posted the teacher’s photo on social media, causing a stir in public opinion; however, by the afternoon of October 17, 2016, all information related to the incident had been removed from the social media site.

After learning about the incident, the parents went to meet the school board to resolve the matter. Ms. Dao Thi Tinh - Vice Principal of the school - advised and suggested that the parents, the school board and Ms. H. have a direct dialogue, but the parents did not cooperate, which then led to the above incident.
