More than eight years ago, the hilly area of ​​Hamlet 3, Nghi Hung Commune, was a barren, rocky land. With vision, bold determination, and the arduous efforts of the leadership of Dai Hue Investment, Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company in reclaiming the land, a clean technology livestock farming model was born.

Within the more than 10-hectare eco-tourism area, the production zone is quite well-organized, including: a livestock area with 2,700 laying hens and 1,000 free-range broiler chickens; an area for raising 30 experimental Bratnam breed cows; a wild boar breeding area with 34 breeding boars, producing over 600 piglets per year; a traditional fish farming area; and a crop cultivation area including fruit trees, vegetables, and grass for livestock feed.

The livestock and pasture areas are arranged to ensure that the workforce is technically knowledgeable; the livestock areas are spaced far apart, each with appropriate space and integrated with the environment and living conditions of each animal.

Recognizing the general needs and tastes of customers and the inevitable trends in the culinary market, the livestock farming model is rigorously invested in technical processes. Breeding stock is selected from the Institute of Animal Husbandry and projects of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. Chicken and cattle barns are equipped with automatic cooling systems. Drinking water for the animals is sourced from streams and stored in a system of reservoirs. Sanitation of barns and feed troughs is carried out daily and treated through a biogas system. To ensure a nutritious and clean feed source, the model applies drying technology to produce microbial feed from grass and agricultural by-products, guaranteeing feed free of antibiotic residues.
