More than 8 years ago, the mountainous area of hamlet 3, Nghi Hung commune was a barren and rocky land. With the vision, bold determination and hardships in renovating the land of the board of directors of Dai Hue Investment Construction and Trade Joint Stock Company, a clean technology livestock farming model was born.
Within the 10-hectare eco-tourism area, the production area is arranged quite orderly; including: a livestock area with 2,700 laying hens, 1,000 free-range broiler chickens, an area for raising 30 experimental Bratnam cows, a wild boar breeding area with 34 breeding pigs, producing more than 600 breeding pigs/year, a traditional fish farming area and a cropping area including fruit trees, vegetables, and grass for livestock.
Livestock and grass growing areas are arranged to ensure technically knowledgeable workers; livestock areas are far apart, each area is arranged with suitable space and connected to the environment, with the living conditions of each animal.
Recognizing the needs, general tastes of customers and the inevitable trends of the culinary market, the livestock model is strictly invested in technical processes. The breeding stage is selected from the Institute of Animal Husbandry, from projects of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. Chicken and cow coops are invested in automatic cooling systems. The source of drinking water for livestock is utilized by the Company from streams and stored through the source tank system. The cleaning of barns and feed troughs is carried out daily and is processed through the Biogas tank system. To have a source of food that ensures good nutrition and cleanliness for livestock, the model applies drying oven technology to produce microbial bran from grass and agricultural by-products, ensuring that the food does not contain antibiotic residues.

The concerns and investments in technical innovation to choose the direction for livestock farming at Dai Hue Ecotourism Area have contributed to increasing production value. In particular, with an egg output of 700 - 1,000 eggs/day. The model is the first livestock facility with chicken egg products chosen by many school systems in Vinh city for many years such as Cua Nam, Dong Vinh, Quang Trung... The rich food source, ensuring technical safety and food hygiene safety in livestock farming has contributed significantly to the success of Dai Hue Ecotourism Area in the near future.

Dai Hue Culinary Restaurant and Dai Hue Mountain Goat (No. 2 Nguyen Phong Sac Street - Vinh City) is a perfect combination for the culinary business motto "Clean from farm to table" of Dai Hue Investment Construction and Trade Joint Stock Company.
