The accident occurred at about 12:30 on July 16, 2017, on National Highway 1A, passing Yen Ly Bridge, Dien Yen Commune, Dien Chau District (Nghe An).

Accordingly, at the above time, the Northeast bus with license plate 37B - 017.48 was traveling in the direction of Vinh - Hoang Mai town. When reaching Yen Ly bridge, due to losing control of the steering wheel, the bus veered to the left side of the road, crashing straight into a high voltage electric pole, breaking it into many pieces.

Mr. Le Duc Th. (born in 1969), residing in Hamlet 9, Dien Yen Commune, Dien Chau District (Nghe An), was a motorbike taxi driver standing nearby to pick up passengers when he was hit and thrown by this bus. The strong impact caused Mr. Thanh to be thrown into a nearby canal. He was brought to shore by locals shortly after but died.

At 6:30 a.m. on February 9, 2017, on National Highway 1A, through Nghi Long commune, Nghi Loc district, a traffic accident occurred between a Dong Bac bus and a truck.

At the above time, the Northeast bus with license plate 37B-015.73 driven by driver Ngo Quang Thanh (born in 1973 - residing in Dien Chau Town) was going North - South. When passing km 443 + 900, the section through Nghi Long commune - Nghi Loc district, it suddenly crashed into a truck with license plate 37C - 083.14 driven by Mr. Hong Phuc Thong (born in 1988, residing in Nghi Yen - Nghi Loc) while crossing the road.

The strong collision completely deformed the front of the bus, blocking the road, and debris scattered all over the road. There was only 1 passenger and 1 driver on the bus. The driver was slightly injured and was taken to the hospital.

At about 3:00 p.m. on December 15, 2016, Mr. Truong Quang Lap (born in 1960, residing in Tam Hop commune, Quy Hop district) was driving a motorbike with license plate number 37X6 - 9894 on his way to work when suddenly a bus of Dong Bac Company with license plate number 37B - 018.45 running in the direction of Quy Hop town - Vinh, hit him hard from behind.

The strong collision threw Mr. Lap onto the road, sliding a long distance, the motorbike was severely damaged, the bus had damage to the front. Discovering the accident, local people shouted and quickly took Mr. Lap to the hospital for emergency treatment. However, due to the severity of his injuries, Mr. Lap died at 4:00 p.m. the same day.

At about 2:00 p.m. on July 5, 2016, on Nguyen Ai Quoc Street, Hong Linh Town (Ha Tinh), bus BKS 37B - 014.58 of Dong Bac Company was carrying passengers when it suddenly jumped onto the median strip, scaring dozens of passengers.

It is known that the bus in question belonged to Dong Bac Company, running in the direction of Ha Tinh City - Vinh City (Nghe An). When the bus reached house number 171 on Nguyen Ai Quoc Street, it suddenly lost control and crashed into the hard median strip in the middle of the road. The bus only stopped after hitting a lamppost in the middle of the road.

After the accident, the company sent another vehicle to transfer the passengers. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
