(Baonghean) - Today, June 19th, at the Cua Tien New Urban Area - Vinh City, DANATOL Company (the investor) commenced construction of a high-rise residential complex combined with commercial services and low-rise houses. The Cua Tien New Urban Area project was approved by the People's Committee of Nghe An province in Decision 2216/QD.UBND.DT dated May 2, 2010, with a scale of 22.15 hectares, comprising the following complexes: High-rise buildings (3-18 stories); Townhouses; Villas; Housing combined with commercial services; and sports facilities, gardens, green spaces, and entertainment areas serving the public, recreation, and tourism. The project progress is divided into 3 phases: Phase 1 (2005-2008): Surveying and planning, completing legal procedures, implementing compensation, land clearance, and bomb and mine removal… Phase 2 (2009-2011): Land leveling, retaining walls, relocating fiber optic cables, relocating 22-35KV power lines, and constructing infrastructure items such as water supply and drainage; electricity supply; and roads. Construction of Cua Tien II Bridge. Phase 3 (2012 - 2015): Completion of infrastructure; urban beautification and landscaping; design of model houses, issuance of construction permits, land use right certificates, and implementation of the remaining part of the project: Construction of high-rise buildings, apartments, hotels, and office buildings for rent.

The Cua Tien New Urban Area boasts a prime location in Vinh City, situated right next to Vinh Market and the Vicentra Commercial Center (one of the busiest business centers in Nghe An province), making shopping very convenient. The project is connected to the city's access routes via the wide and bustling Cua Tien River. In addition to convenient water and road transportation, the Cua Tien New Urban Area offers a tranquil landscape, a clean and friendly environment… Residents will enjoy a secure, orderly, and safe living and business environment. To meet the development needs of the Cua Tien New Urban Area, DANATOL Joint Stock Company invested in the construction of Cua Tien II Bridge with a reinforced concrete thin-slab arch structure using Singaporean technology, a new technology applied for the first time in Nghe An. The bridge has an elegant design that matches the urban planning architecture with a strong Western modern style. It is 40m long and 15.25m wide, and construction began in June 2011 and is now in use. With this new bridge, the Cua Tien New Urban Area is directly connected to the center of Vinh City – the project is directly linked to the city's most important urban infrastructure such as: the train station, bus station, aviation and insurance transaction centers, BigC supermarket, banks, Thai An Hospital, and schools from kindergarten to high school…

The Cua Tien New Urban Area features a modern wastewater drainage system, rainwater collection pits, and odor control system utilizing Busadco's technology for thin-walled reinforced concrete, protecting the environment. The Cua Tien New Urban Area project creates a distinctive urban landscape with modern architecture, roads at least 7 meters wide, sidewalks at least 3 meters wide for pedestrians, spacious and airy shopping centers and supermarkets, and a clean, pleasant atmosphere with good feng shui... meeting the needs of the local population.
The commencement of construction of the high-rise mixed-use complex (high-rise, commercial, and low-rise) in the Cua Tien New Urban Area demonstrates the investor's determination and promptly meets the housing needs of Vinh City residents. Mr. Nguyen Trung Dan, Director of DANATOL Joint Stock Company, stated: “The high-rise complex, planned and built on an area of 1.19 hectares, boasts a prime location and an open-plan design harmoniously integrated with the surrounding landscape, creating a green space and an ideal relaxing living environment for residents. The goal is to meet customer requirements, prioritizing low-income individuals with apartments ranging in size from 48m2 to 73.5m2. This location also offers an ideal investment opportunity for those with idle capital to rent out for residential purposes, business, or office use…” According to the design, the high-rise complex will consist of 2 blocks with a total of 626 apartments, arranged with diverse sizes (including 320 apartments with an area of 48 - 48.5m2; 64 apartments with an area of 55.5 - 57.5m2; 192 apartments with an area of 63.5 - 73.5m2) and equipped with 6 elevator systems... In addition, the project includes 18 townhouses located in the low-rise area with an area of 92 - 155m2.
DANATOL Joint Stock Company has partnered with Vietcombank - Vinh Branch to create the most favorable conditions for people to borrow capital to buy apartments in the project. Ms. Le Thi Hue Anh, Director of Vietcombank Vinh Branch, said: “Vietcombank Vinh will closely cooperate with the investor to implement the home loan program, ensuring strict compliance with legal regulations and the bank's lending regulations to create maximum convenience for customers borrowing capital to buy apartments in the project.”
When purchasing apartments in the complex, residents will contribute capital according to the construction progress (initially 15-20% of the apartment value) and the apartments are expected to be handed over to customers 20 months after the commencement date.
