Remarkable results
The outstanding mark in the Party development work of Hoang Mai Town Party Committee in 2023 is reflected in the following activities: Establishing 1 private enterprise Party cell under the Town Party Committee (Party cell of Vinatex Hoang Mai Garment Joint Stock Company with 08 Party members), this is a private enterprise operating in the town since the end of 2016, with the current number of employees being about 880; Establishing 1 grassroots Party cell in a public service unit under the provincial vertical sector in the town (Party cell of Hoang Mai Town Land Registration Office Branch); Upgrading 1 private enterprise Party cell into a private enterprise Party Committee with 5 subordinate Party cells (Party cell of Quang Khoi General Hospital with 43 Party members).
Also in the year, the Town Party Committee admitted 11 Party members in private enterprises, including 1 private enterprise owner. It admitted 3 Party members in Party cells that were at risk of no longer having Party cells and Party cells that had not admitted Party members for many consecutive years. In addition, the Town Party Committee held a conference to review 2 years of piloting the model of establishing a Party cell of the Quynh Lap Commune Fisheries Association under the Quynh Lap Commune Party Committee. This model has actively contributed to Party building and mobilizing fishermen to go offshore, contributing to economic development and protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
Over the past 3 years, the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee has completed and exceeded the planned target for party member development. In 2021, the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee admitted 107/100 comrades, reaching 107% of the target; in 2022, it admitted 103/100 comrades, reaching 103% of the target. In 2023, the Hoang Mai Town Party Committee admitted 128/120 comrades, reaching 107% of the planned target.

Hoang Mai town has implemented synchronous breakthrough solutions, such as: Promoting socio-economic development, creating jobs for local workers, especially young workers, to overcome the situation of young people working far away, thereby attracting union members to participate in activities at grassroots organizations, creating a source of training and developing party members.
The town Party Committee directed its Party Committees and Party cells to review and grasp the elite masses at the grassroots level, focusing on young people who have completed their military service and returned to their localities, university graduates with good academic ability and ethics, and active and enthusiastic union members participating in emulation movements.
At the same time, the Organizing Committee of the Hoang Mai City Party Committee reviewed, evaluated, and analyzed the elite masses who participated in the Party awareness training course within 5 years from 2018 to present, established a data system, on that basis, screened the list of elite masses who have not yet joined the Party of each unit to serve as the basis for assigning specific targets to the Party cells and subordinate Party committees... to develop training plans and create sources for Party membership. Assign specific targets to the Party cells and subordinate Party committees, considering this an important criterion when reviewing and evaluating the Party organization and the head of the Party committee at the end of the year.
The Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee also works with the Board of Directors and socio-political organizations at high schools in the town to discuss and orient the development of party members who are students with excellent achievements and students living in special areas. Party committees at all levels in Hoang Mai town have actively implemented Project No. 07-DA/Thu of the Town Party Committee on consolidating and strengthening the Party organization and improving the quality of Party members in the period of 2023-2025 and the following years... Since then, the number of newly admitted Party members who are female, young, and have university degrees has increased, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and the quality of cadres and Party members in the whole town.
