Dien Chau: Providing training in national defense and security knowledge for target group 4.

(Baonghean.vn) - From April 14-17, the National Defense and Security Education Council of Dien Chau district organized a training course on national defense and security knowledge for 150 trainees belonging to category 4, which are management teachers from secondary schools, primary schools, and kindergens throughout the district.

Lieutenant Colonel Dau Van Dong, Political Commissar of the Dien Chau District Military Command, inaugurated the training course.

During the course, participants were taught topics including: the Vietnamese people's war to defend the socialist Fatherland in the new situation; countering the "peaceful evolution" and subversive strategies of hostile forces against the Vietnamese Revolution; some issues on combining socio-economic development with strengthening national defense and security; and managing and protecting the sovereignty of Vietnam's islands and national borders in the new era, etc.

Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of completion for the training program.
