Dien Chau's budget revenue in the first quarter increased by 56.2%.

(Baonghean.vn)- Thanks to the effective implementation of revenue collection solutions right from the beginning of the year, in the first quarter of the year, Dien Chau's budget revenue reached a high of 77.8 billion VND, equivalent to 36.2% of the projected target, an increase of 56.2% compared to the same period last year.

Identifying revenue collection as a central task in socio-economic management in 2016, Dien Chau district launched a campaign from the beginning of the year to exceed tax targets, while simultaneously implementing four key tasks and nine solutions. In particular, Dien Chau focused on combating revenue losses, recovering and handling outstanding debts, effectively implementing administrative reforms, and promoting taxpayer support and awareness campaigns.

With increasingly developed production and business activities, Dien Chau Aquatic Products Joint Stock Company contributes over 800 million VND to the state budget each year.

Thanks to this, in the first quarter of the year, Dien Chau successfully completed its budget revenue collection task with 77.8 billion VND. Of this, revenue from land use rights reached over 41.4 billion VND, nearly 40 billion VND higher than the same period last year; non-state industrial, commercial, and service taxes reached 149%; non-agricultural land use tax reached 200%; and fees and charges reached 113% compared to the same period last year.

With high revenue collection figures right from the beginning of the year, this is a positive sign, creating favorable conditions for budget revenue collection in Dien Chau to exceed the assigned target for the whole year (228 billion VND).
