(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 17th, the Association for the Support of Disabled People and Orphans in Dien Chau District held a meeting to summarize its activities in 2015, launch a fundraising campaign for the association's fund in 2016, and donate 102 bicycles to disabled and orphaned children..

Thanks to the efforts of various organizations, the Association for the Protection of Disabled People and Orphans throughout the district raised nearly 1.1 billion VND in 2015, reaching 125% of its target. To date, it has provided nearly 800 million VND in support to disabled people and orphans throughout the district, focusing on building 30 houses, purchasing 44 breeding cows, donating over 200 bicycles, and providing emergency assistance to 150 cases.

The district association has donated bicycles to children with disabilities and orphans. This is the second bicycle donation from the association's funds collected in 2015.

At the closing ceremony, the District Association presented 102 bicycles to disabled and orphaned children, totaling 117,300,000 VND. This was the second bicycle donation from the association's funds collected in 2015.
