Developing and improving the quality of rural human resources requires improving all three criteria: physical, mental and spiritual strength, changing awareness, thinking about clean production and concentrated production. To do this, the most important thing is to improve the material and spiritual life, increase the income of rural people, thereby creating attachment to their homeland and fields, through solutions such as: applying science and technology to production, linking in production according to the value chain. In addition, the State needs to have policies to support funding, experts, technical training, etc.
This afternoon, delegates visited a model garden in Nam Dan district.
