One person died from an electric shock.

(Baonghean.vn) -At 4:20 PM on July 18th, an accident occurred at the three-gate sluice gate in Dien Ngoc commune (Dien Chau district, Nghe An province) due to an electrical leak, resulting in one fatality.

According to local residents, at the time of the incident, Mr. Phan Van Tien (born in 1986, residing in Hai Bac hamlet, Dien Bich commune, Dien Chau district) was repairing a water pump used for mixing concrete to build an embankment at the three-gate sluice in Dien Ngoc commune when the pump malfunctioned, causing Mr. Tien to be electrocuted and collapse on the spot. Although he was rushed to the hospital, he did not survive.
