The Canadian beauty started playing chess at the age of 6. Andrea started playing chess after being inspired by her older sister Alexandra Botez (now 27). Alexandra is a famous female chess player in Canada, she has won several prestigious chess tournaments in Canada and has made her mark in several international chess tournaments.
