Congratulatory message on the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam

The content of the congratulatory message from the Central Executive Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party reads:

During the past 94 years, the Communist Party of Vietnam has steadfastly led the revolutionary cause, wisely proposed correct policies and guidelines, and led the heroic Vietnamese people to many glorious victories in the struggle for national liberation and the reunification of Vietnam in 1975.

Entering a new stage of the revolution, the Communist Party of Vietnam continues to lead the cause of building and defending the Vietnamese Fatherland in a socialist-oriented manner. After nearly 40 years of implementing the renovation policy, it has achieved great, comprehensive and historically significant achievements, maintaining political stability, social order and safety, continuous economic growth, the material and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improved; national defense and security are strong, foreign relations are increasingly expanded, and Vietnam's position and prestige are increasingly enhanced in the international and regional arenas.

As a close comrade and brother, the Lao People's Revolutionary Party warmly congratulates the great and comprehensive achievements and victories that the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Vietnamese people have achieved over the past 94 years and considers these as valuable lessons and a great source of encouragement for the cause of protecting and developing the country of Laos. We always believe that, under the wise and talented leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam headed by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, the Vietnamese people will continue to gain many new and greater achievements and victories, building Vietnam into a modern industrialized country, fulfilling the goal of a rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization.

The Lao People's Revolutionary Party is extremely proud to see that, throughout history, the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, two States and peoples of Laos and Vietnam, which was painstakingly built and nurtured by the great President Ho Chi Minh, President Kaysone Phomvihane and President Souphanouvong, has been tempered and tested by the revolutionary fire and has become a priceless common asset, the law of existence and development of the two peoples, and one of the decisive factors for the victory of each country. It continues to be consolidated and enhanced in both breadth and depth in all fields, bringing practical benefits to the people of Laos and Vietnam.

May the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Laos and Vietnam be forever green and everlasting.

The Cambodian People's Party highly appreciates the achievements that the Party, State and people of Vietnam have gained in recent times, the people's lives have been constantly improved, and the prestige and position of Vietnam have been increasingly enhanced in the international arena.

The Cambodian People's Party is extremely pleased with the traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, States and peoples under the motto "good neighbors, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation, long-term sustainability".

The Cambodian People's Party firmly believes that, under the correct and wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam headed by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, the Vietnamese people will continue to gain many new and greater achievements in implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party.
