Fire prevention and fighting drill at Ho Chi Minh Square
(Baonghean.vn) - This is an annual activity of the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho Monument to raise awareness of fire prevention and fighting of cadres, civil servants, workers and forces on duty here.
On May 30 and 31, the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho Monument organized a conference to train and practice fire prevention and fighting, and on-site rescue in 2022.
The conference on fire prevention and fighting, on-site rescue and relief training included all officials, employees, and forces on duty at Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho Monument.

At the training course, officers, employees, and forces on duty at Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho Monument were provided with the following contents by the officers of the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Team No. 1 (Nghe An Police): Information on new situations in fire prevention and fighting, possible fire risks, and fire prevention and fighting; technical instructions, operations on using fire extinguishers and deploying and installing fire hoses; instructions on how to use gas cylinders. Instructions on how to deploy, install, and use fire hoses; instructions on how to fight fires with powder and gas cylinders...

With the content of fire prevention and fighting, on-site rescue drills, officials, employees, and forces on duty here have been deployed to simulate a fire in the Chung Mountain area. Accordingly, within just 10 minutes of receiving the fire alarm, officials, employees, and forces on duty at Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho Monument were mobilized, along with equipped vehicles and tools to quickly extinguish the fire, preventing damage to people and property.

Through that, the firefighting and rescue readiness of the firefighting force and equipment at the Square was checked; the coordination skills of the officers and soldiers of the Target Protection Police Platoon, officers and employees of the unit, Vinh City Green Park Joint Stock Company, security guards, bodyguards, individuals and groups participating in the service at Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho Monument were improved.
