Coastal defense infantry battalion exercise

On November 15th, in Ham Tan district (Binh Thuan province), the 302nd Division (Military Region 7) successfully conducted a tactical exercise with live fire at the infantry battalion level, supported by divisional firepower and coordinated with local militia in coastal defense combat.

During the exercise, Battalion 4 (Regiment 88, Division 302) and the Ham Tan District Mobile Militia Company (Binh Thuan Provincial Military Command) flexibly applied combat measures, closely coordinated between forces, handled situations skillfully, and ensured safety in all aspects.

The exercise contributed to improving the organizational and command skills, as well as the operational planning skills of officers at all levels; and the level of coordination and cooperation in combat between the firepower of higher levels, the units within the unit, and the militia forces in the local defense area during defensive combat.
