On February 21, the Investigation Agency of Dong Da District Police, Hanoi announced that it had initiated a case and prosecuted Ta Thai Long (born in 1994), residing in Phuong Lien Ward, Dong Da District, for the act of "Intentional injury”.

Through documents from the investigation agency, Dong Da District Police received a complaint from Mr. Ngo Sy Lam - an actor in the movie "Thuong ngay nang ve" about being sexually abused by Ta Thai Long.guillotinecausing injury, in front of house number 59 Xa Dan street, Phuong Lien ward on January 29.
Immediately upon receiving the report, Dong Da District Police summoned the people involved and took Mr. Lam for injury assessment.
Initially, the police determined that the incident stemmed from a traffic conflict. The two sides argued loudly and fought, Long used a knife to slash Mr. Lam, causing him to be injured and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. Through injury assessment, it was determined that Mr. Lam suffered 3% health damage.
