'James Bond' actor dies of cancer
Actor Roger Moore died at the age of 89 in Switzerland after battling a serious illness.
On May 23, Roger Moore's family confirmed his death on his Twitter account. In his final moments,The 89-year-old actor was surrounded by loved ones.
Roger Moore's children - Deborah, Geoffrey and Christian - said together about their father: "We know that the love and admiration will be shared around the world by fans of his films, television work and the passion he had for Unicef - the work he considered his greatest achievement."
The family said they held the funeral in Monaco, in accordance with the actor's wishes.

Roger Moore was the third British actor to play the role of spy James Bond, in the series that ran from 1973 to 1985. He devoted most of his time to charity work and became a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador in 1991./.
