Adjusting capital reduction for 14 projects, increasing capital for 2 public investment projects in Nghe An
Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 2294/QD-UBND dated August 30, 2024 on adjusting and supplementing the public investment capital plan from the central budget for the period 2021-2025.
Accordingly, the plan of 14 projects was adjusted down with a value of 87,532 billion VND, and the planned capital of 2 projects was also adjusted up by 87,532 billion VND.
The Provincial People's Committee also added a medium-term public investment plan from the central budget with foreign capital for the 2021-2025 period with a capital of VND 589,298 billion for 5 projects.

14 projects with reduced capital include: Project to upgrade Chau Binh - Chau Thuan, Chau Hoi, Chau Nga traffic routes, Quy Chau district, VND 11,182 billion; Project to build embankments to prevent landslides on Hieu river bank (Quy Chau, section through Tan Lac town, Chau Hanh commune) with a reduction of VND 4,941 billion; Project to upgrade irrigation system to prevent salinity and drought in Nghi Van commune (Nghi Loc) with a reduction of VND 2,211 billion; Project to build embankments to prevent landslides on Dien Ngoc and Dien Bich rivers (Dien Chau) with a reduction of VND 118 million; Project to build infrastructure for resettlement area of Hung Hoa, Vinh city, with a reduction of VND 118 million.
The following projects with reduced capital: Construction of Dien Kim bridge (Dien Chau) with 6,091 billion VND; Main traffic route along the center of Quan Hanh town (Nghi Loc) with 468 million VND; Crossroad No. 20, Cua Lo town 1.1 billion VND; Crossroad N3 of Hoang Mai urban area 4,555 billion VND; North-South railway service road through Nghi Loc district with 24,362 billion VND; Office of the town party committee and mass organizations of Hoang Mai town 3.63 billion VND...

The two projects with increased capital are the construction of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted (phase 2) with 20 billion VND; Upgrading and renovating Nam Nghe An irrigation canals with capital of 67,532 billion VND.
