Accordingly, Nghia Dan town has a total natural area of ​​852.6 hectares, of which civil land is 398.72 hectares, non-civil land is 453.88 hectares. Regarding population size by 2025, it will be about 10,000 people, by 2040, it will be about 12,000 people. Regarding the orientation of developing new additional space for the district's comprehensive commercial service center in the commercial center, including items such as offices for rent, representative offices, banking and finance, hotels, supermarkets; adding a central market in the town, a private kindergarten, a town health station, etc.

The planning also adjusts the location and area of ​​bus stations, markets, wastewater treatment areas, district-level sports complexes; adds new urban areas, residential areas and forms residential areas along main traffic routes for business and service development...

Add a high-tech agricultural zone in line with the socio-economic development orientation of the district. This is an area focusing on concentrated high-tech production and farming. Add a reserve land fund concentrated in the South, East and North of the town with an area of ​​about 120 hectares. The budget for implementing the planning includes the district budget and support from the province.
