Appointment and transfer of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission

On December 15, the Can Tho City Party Committee held a conference to implement the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work. Accordingly, Mr. Pham Gia Tuc - Deputy Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee was assigned by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission.

Mr. Mai Van Chinh - member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee presented the decision to Mr. Pham Gia Tuc.

The decision clearly states: “Based on the Party Charter, based on the working regulations of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo and the Secretariat of the 12th tenure; Based on the regulations on decentralization of cadre management, considering the work requirements and cadre capabilities, at the proposal of the Central Organizing Committee, the Secretariat decides: Comrade Pham Gia Tuc - Deputy Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term, ceases to participate in the Standing Executive Committee, ceases to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Can Tho City Party Committee, is transferred to work at the Central Internal Affairs Committee and is appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee”.

Speaking at the decision-making ceremony, Mr. Mai Van Chinh - member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee said that, with the responsibility of being a cadre transferred to work in Can Tho, Mr. Pham Gia Tuc seriously followed the organization's assignment, approached the work, integrated, studied to improve his working capacity, grasped the situation to help the base overcome difficulties and obstacles...

“During his time working in Can Tho, Mr. Tuc has promoted his capacity well, actively trained his working style, leadership and direction methods, as well as accumulated more knowledge and experience in Party building, building the political system, socio-economic development, ensuring national security and defense... Up to now, Mr. Tuc has had the experience and practical capacity to be able to take on key positions at the local level as well as at the Central level in the field of Party building,” said Mr. Chinh.

Mr. Chinh also hopes that in his new position, Mr. Pham Gia Tuc will continue to achieve outstanding achievements.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Gia Tuc expressed his sincere thanks to the Party Committee, government and people of Can Tho City for always giving him attention, support, encouragement, creating favorable conditions and giving him sincere comments so that he can strive, practice and complete his tasks.
