F1 must have individual housing
The required facilities and equipment for F1 home quarantine are individual houses (villas, townhouses and independent houses). In front of the house, there is a red background, yellow lettering warning sign: "Medical quarantine location to prevent and fight Covid-19 epidemic". In addition, there must be a roomisolationprivate, closed and separate from the family's common living area. If the house has many floors, use a separate floor for medical isolation.
Next to the medical isolation room, there must be a separate room for medical staff to conduct examinations, take samples, and monitor health (arrange tables and chairs, hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol, infectious waste bins, and household waste bins).
Isolation rooms must meet the following requirements:
+ Must be self-contained, have private toilets and bathrooms, have enough personal hygiene items, hand soap, clean water, hand sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol (hereinafter referred to as hand sanitizer). Have a personal temperature measuring device in the room.
+ In the isolation room, there is a yellow waste bin with a lid, opened by foot pedal, lined with a yellow bag containing infectious waste (masks, towels, tissues), labeled "Waste at risk of containing SARS-CoV-2" (referred to as infectious waste bin); a household waste bin with a lid, opened by foot pedal and lined with a blue bag (referred to as household waste bin).
+ Do not use central air conditioning. You can use a separate air conditioner. Ensure good ventilation, it is best to open windows often.
+ There is a washing machine or bucket or basin for people in quarantine to wash their own clothes.
+ Have a broom, mop, rag, two buckets and disinfectant solution or regular detergent for the quarantined person to clean and disinfect the room themselves. The quarantine room must be cleaned and disinfected daily.
At the same time, it is necessary to fully equip personal protective equipment to prevent infection (medical masks, medical gloves, shoes, goggles, clothing) for family members to use when they are required to come into close contact with the quarantined person.
In addition, a table must be set up in front of the isolation room door to provide separate meals, drinks and other necessities for the quarantined person. It is strictly forbidden to take the quarantined person's belongings out of the house.
