Conditions for direct admission to the Military Technical Academy
The following individuals were admitted directly to the Military Technical Academy in the 2013 university and college entrance exams:
- Labor Heroes, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, and national emulation fighters who have graduated from high school are eligible for direct admission to military engineering and civilian engineering training programs, with priority given to their chosen field of study.

- Candidates participating in training for the national teams competing in the International Olympiads in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Informatics; candidates in the teams participating in international science and technology innovation competitions in the fields of Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Construction Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Technology, etc., who have graduated from high school, will be directly admitted to military engineering and civilian engineering training programs, with priority given to their chosen field of study.
- Students who won first, second, or third prize in Informatics in the national high school student excellence competition and have graduated from high school will be admitted directly to the Information Technology program in the civil engineering training system.
- Candidates who win first, second, or third prize in Chemistry in the national excellent student selection exam and have graduated from high school will be admitted directly to the Chemical Technology major in the civil engineering training program.
- Candidates who received a consolation prize in Informatics in the national excellent student selection exam and have graduated from high school will be admitted directly to the Information Technology major in the civilian college training program.
Priority consideration will be given to candidates who achieved excellent results in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Informatics in the national high school student excellence competition, and who have graduated from high school. After participating in the 2013 university entrance exam (Group A), completing the required number of subjects according to the Ministry of Education and Training's common exam, achieving a score at or above the university admission threshold, and not receiving a score of 0 in any subject, they will be given priority consideration for military engineering and civilian engineering training. For civilian training, the chosen field of study will be determined based on the candidate's application. For military training, the chosen field of study will be given priority consideration.
* Candidates applying for direct admission or priority admission to civil engineering training programs must submit their applications according to the Ministry of Education and Training's admissions system; for military programs, candidates must submit two sets of documents: an application for the entrance examination and an application for direct admission or priority admission, specifically:
Application documents: Application documents must be completed according to the Ministry of National Defense's recruitment system (Candidates must go to the district or county where they are registered as permanent residents to complete the application and medical examination procedures). Only if they are deemed eligible to take the exam will their eligibility for direct admission or priority consideration be considered.
Application for direct admission or priority consideration: The application for direct admission or priority consideration (candidates must follow the form provided by the Ministry of Education and Training) must be submitted along with the application for the entrance examination.
* Candidates must submit their direct admission applications to the Department of Education and Training before June 20, 2013. For candidates applying for direct admission to military engineering training, additional application documents must be submitted to the District (or County/Town) Military Command from March 10, 2013 to April 15, 2013.
Application deadlines for priority admission along with the application for the entrance exam: Military training, from March 10, 2013 to April 15, 2013; Civilian training, from March 11, 2013 to April 19, 2013.
