Investigation into 3 individuals with depraved behavior.

(Baonghean) - The Vinh City Police Investigation Agency (Nghe An province) is investigating the actions of three individuals: Nguyen Thanh Tai (born in 1991), residing in Thanh Xuan commune, Huong Tra district, Thua Thien-Hue province; Le Van Duc (born in 1989), residing in Phong An commune, Phong Dien district, Thua Thien-Hue province; and Mai Anh Tuan (born in 1994), residing in Tu Ha town, Huong Tra district, Thua Thien-Hue province, for the crime of rape.

According to the police, on October 6, 2011, Le Van Duc (a car repairman) invited Phan Thi Ng. (born in 1991) to his garage where he worked. There, Ng. met Duc, Tai, and Tuan who were drinking. Ng. agreed to join them. Afterwards, taking advantage of Ng.'s intoxication, the three men committed a heinous act. On the morning of October 8, Phan Thi Ng. reported the incident to the Hung Loc Commune Police.

Currently, the case has been transferred to the Criminal Investigation Team for Social Order of the Vinh City Police Department for investigation and clarification.
