Investigate 3 subjects with depraved behavior

(Baonghean) - The Vinh City Police Investigation Agency (Nghe An) is investigating to clarify the acts of three subjects: Nguyen Thanh Tai (born in 1991), residing in Thanh Xuan commune, Huong Tra district, Thua Thien-Hue province; Le Van Duc (born in 1989), residing in Phong An commune, Phong Dien district, Thua Thien-Hue province and Mai Anh Tuan (born in 1994), residing in Tu Ha town, Huong Tra district, Thua Thien-Hue province, for the act of rape.

According to the police, on October 6, 2011, Le Van Duc - (an auto mechanic) invited Phan Thi Ng. (born in 1991) to the garage where he worked. There, Ng. saw Duc, Tai and Tuan drinking. When invited, Ng. agreed to join the drinking party. Then, taking advantage of Ng's drunkenness, the three committed depraved acts. On the morning of October 8, Phan Thi Ng. went to the Hung Loc Commune Police to report.

Currently, the case is being transferred to the Criminal Police Team on Social Order of Vinh City Police for investigation and clarification.
