Investigate and handle a group of teenagers causing public disorder
Quy Chau Commune Police (Nghe An Province) have just arrested 15 teenagers in two groups who were chasing and throwing stones at each other with swords in the middle of the night, causing chaos in the commune center.
Previously, in the early morning of October 3, two groups of teenagers (15-20 years old) residing in Chau Binh, Chau Tien and Quy Chau communes, drove motorbikes without helmets, revved their engines, and chased each other with swords in front of the Quy Chau Commune People's Committee gate, in the Tra Bong Park area.
Vi Nhat Tan's group (born 2008) brought two people to search for Ha Van Hieu's group (born 2009) to "conflict resolution", leading to chaos, stone throwing, causing panic among the people.
After receiving the report, Quy Chau Commune Police quickly deployed forces, confiscating 2 swords, 5 motorbikes and many other exhibits. By October 17, the Police had arrested 15 subjects in two groups for the act ofdisturbing public order.
The case is currently under investigation and handling according to the law.
