Investigate and handle the group of teenagers who disrupted public order.
Police in Quỳ Châu commune (Nghe An province) have arrested 15 teenagers from two groups who chased each other with swords and threw stones at each other in the middle of the night, causing chaos in the commune center.
Earlier, in the early morning of October 3rd, two groups of teenagers (aged 15-20) residing in Chau Binh, Chau Tien, and Quy Chau communes, riding motorcycles without helmets, revved their engines and chased each other with swords in front of the Quy Chau Commune People's Committee office, in the Tra Bong Park area.

Upon receiving the report, the Quy Chau commune police quickly deployed forces, seizing 2 swords, 5 motorcycles, and other evidence. By October 17th, the police had arrested 15 individuals from two groups for the crime.disturbing public order.
The case is currently under further investigation and will be handled in accordance with the law.
