Dinh Bac shares about his 'super product' in his first header goal
Dinh Bac has never scored a header in the V-League, but he scored a beautiful goal for the Vietnamese team in the 2-4 loss to Japan. And the young striker confirmed that he and his teammates had practiced that situation beforehand.
"Regarding this header, my whole team and I have practiced in advance. This is the result of a collective effort over a long period of time. I am very happy to score the first goal for the Vietnamese team at the 2023 Asian Cup Finals. Especially, this was a goal against the Japanese team. I think this is a springboard for me to continue to try harder.
With what has been done, I think the Vietnamese team can hold their heads high to move forward, towards the remaining 2 matches in the group stage of the 2023 Asian Cup.

I think that playing with a strong team like Japan is a very valuable experience, so that I can learn and try harder in the future.

Regarding the consecutive "needle-threading" of Japanese players, Dinh Bac modestly said: "I think that was just a temporary moment on the field."
In the 16th minute of the match, when the Vietnamese team was trailing 0-1 to Japan, from a corner kick, Dinh Bac chose a good position and headed the ball back, sending it into a dangerous position, leaving goalkeeper Suzuki helpless.
Dinh Bac's head coach at his current club Quang Nam revealed to the football newspaper that this was the first time in his career that Dinh Bac scored a goal with his head because in fact the 20-year-old striker is very shy about heading.
