(Baonghean.vn) - After determining that the man who took off his helmet and broke the car window after a traffic collision was a Customs officer, Nghe An Customs Department decided to temporarily suspend this person from work.
The man who took off his helmet and smashed the car window after a traffic collision at the Customs roundabout on the morning of March 13 is currently being handled by Vinh City Police. He has been identified as Pham Hai Binh (born in 1984), an officer working at the Thanh Thuy International Border Gate Customs Branch (Thanh Chuong).

According to information, the Director of Nghe An Customs Department has signed a decision to temporarily suspend Mr. Pham Hai Binh from work for 15 days, from March 14 to 28.
Previously, Nghe An Newspaper reported that at 7:00 a.m. on March 13, at the Customs roundabout, while vehicles were traveling during rush hour, a car and a motorbike with license plate 37N9 - 6899 suddenly collided, causing the motorbike to fall onto the road.
As soon as he stood up, the motorcyclist kicked the car door and immediately took off his helmet, smashed it on the driver's side window, and then threw the helmet into the car.

The collision between the two vehicles, although it is not yet known who is right and who is wrong, the aggressiveness of the motorcyclist has made many people angry, believing that this is an uncultured traffic behavior that needs to be condemned and severely punished.
