Suspend the processing of the citizen's complaint.
(Baonghean)Considering the request of Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, residing at house number 64, Doi Cung ward, Vinh City, Nghe An province, dated September 25, 2014, to withdraw his complaint against Binh Vinh Cooperative for illegally selling the land at number 24, Le Loi street, Vinh City; and the reports of the inter-agency inspection team established under Decision No. 5772/QD.UBND.KT dated February 4, 2014, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province (Report dated March 20, 2014, and report dated July 25, 2014). On October 2, 2014, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Official Letter No. 7284/UBND-KT regarding the suspension of the handling of the citizen's complaint. The Chairman of the People's Committee of the province has the following opinion:
The inspection results of the inter-agency inspection team established under Decision No. 5772/QD.UBND.KT show that Mr. Nguyen Van Quang's accusation that Binh Vinh Cooperative sold the land at No. 24, Le Loi Street, Vinh City to Hang Hai Private Enterprise in violation of regulations lacked legal basis. In his letter dated September 25, 2014, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang acknowledged that the accusation was unfounded and requested to withdraw it. Therefore, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed to suspend the handling of Mr. Nguyen Van Quang's complaint in accordance with Article 6 of Circular No. 06/013/TT-TTCP dated September 30, 2013, of the Government Inspectorate on the complaint resolution process.
The Provincial People's Committee hereby informs all relevant departments, agencies, localities, organizations, and individuals.
