The second chance belonged to Trong Hoang when right-back Dinh Hoang crossed the ball from the right wing, which was just right for the midfielder born in 1989, but unfortunately the midfielder wearing the number 9 shirt headed too weakly and could not beat Van Tu. But before that, there was a very hard-working dribble by Trong Hoang on the left wing, before he returned the ball properly for Mario to complete the final task of the play.

In this match, coach Huy Hoang continued to use the 4-2-3-1 formation. This way of playing seemed to make Song Lam Nghe An's attacking style more fluid and diverse. In the final period of the first half, Song Lam Nghe An used more long-range shots. However, Van Duc and Olaha could not beat goalkeeper Van Tu. In particular, in the 40th minute of the match, Dinh Tien, after receiving the ball from Trong Hoang, had a beautiful curling shot, but unfortunately the ball went just wide of the opponent's goal.

Entering the second half, Song Lam Nghe An still maintained better ball control than the opponent. The two wings continued to be the main attacking force of the home team. In the 54th minute of the match, Trong Hoang dribbled the ball on the right wing and passed it towards the second post to Van Duc, but unfortunately the ball went a bit too high for the midfielder wearing the number 20 shirt to move. Just a few minutes later, Van Duc continued to receive a pass from Trong Hoang, but this midfielder headed the ball straight into the position chosen by goalkeeper Van Tu, missing the opportunity to score for Song Lam Nghe An.

However, Dinh Tien then scored a superb goal to put the Nghe An team ahead 2-1. The goal was scored from a distance of over 20m, the ball went straight into the junction between the crossbar and the post, making it impossible for goalkeeper Van Tu to block.

Towards the end of the match, Dinh Dong was sent onto the field to replace Dinh Hoang. This was Dinh Dong's last match in the Song Lam Nghe An shirt. After this season, the defender born in 1987 decided to retire from his career. Coming on from the bench, Dinh Dong was honored by his teammates when they gave him the captain's armband.

During his 10 minutes on the field, Dinh Dong played quite well. He ended his career at the top level with many beautiful impressions in the hearts of fans.
