The Drug Crime Investigation Police Department (PC47) of Ho Chi Minh City Police has just arrested suspects in a drug ring led by Nguyen Tien Thinh (38 years old) and Nguyen Hoang Cuong (37 years old).

Thinh was arrested while delivering a large amount of drugs to a customer. The "boss's" lover, Bui Thi Ngoc Giang (27 years old), could not be contacted. A GPS check found that his motorbike was at the police station. Giang panicked and told her men to disperse more than 1.2 kg of synthetic drugs to an empty lot in Binh Chanh district, but was caught by the police with the evidence.

Previously, the detectives discovered that Cuong often drove his Su Sport into a small alley on Tran Van Dang Street (District 3) - where Nguyen Thi Anh Thu's "shaking den" is located - from midnight to dawn. In addition to Cuong, many young men with "complicated" backgrounds also frequently visited here and then quickly left.

This alley is only wide enough for one motorbike to pass through and is equipped with surveillance cameras, making it difficult for the police to access.

Cuong was identified as the one who bought the drugs from Thinh and then sold them to Thu. He had a previous conviction for robbery and specialized in driving at very high speeds, so the detectives were "lost" several times when following him.

Recently, the police suddenly raided Thu's house while she was selling drugs to a young man. Thu was out of control because she was high on crystal meth. Searching her house and her room, which was a "dance den" designed like a nightclub, the authorities found a lot of drugs, including a very large package in a safe.

At the same time, detectives from Team 4 (PC47) in coordination with Binh Chanh District Police followed the taxi carrying Cuong, arrested him and 2 bags of methamphetamine. Searching Cuong's apartment, the police found 3 packages of synthetic drugs, 7 packages of marijuana and more than 200 ecstasy pills.

A day later, Thinh was arrested with a large amount of drugs while making a delivery./.
