In an interview with Sky News, Admiral Radakin said the prospect of World War 3 would not happen even though the world had become "much more dangerous".
“(Russian President Vladimir) Putin does not want war with NATO. He does not want nuclear war. And we have a huge advantage because of the strength of NATO,” he explained.
On May 31, speaking on Kossuth radio, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban warned that European countries were increasingly being drawn deeper into the conflict in Ukraine. He affirmed that countries in the region had entered the next stage of preparing for war with the Russian Federation.
Commenting on the above statement, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov expressed his agreement with the Hungarian Prime Minister, and noted that politicians in Europe are actively "heating up the mood" before war in society.
The representative of the Russian President stated that such actions could negatively affect the situation in the region.
