Do Luong exploits land fund of more than 107 billion VND
(Baonghean.vn) - Based on the district-level land use planning and the needs of communes and towns, from the beginning of 2016 to now, in Do Luong area, 12 communes have conducted land fund exploitation through auctions with a total of 316 successful auctions of land lots and an area of nearly 70,600 m2.2with total auction winning amount, registration fee over 107.3 billion VND.

Do Luong Town is always the leading locality in Do Luong in terms of revenue from land use rights auction exploitation. In the first 10 months of 2016, on an area of over 1,558 m2In the garden area of block 9, the auction reached over 11.7 billion VND.

Mr. Pham Van Thanh - cadastral officer of Do Luong Town People's Committee said: "In the last months of 2016, the town completed the construction of infrastructure at the auction area near National Highway 7B (planning 30 land lots). Currently, the construction unit is focusing on human resources, equipment, machinery, vehicles to build roads, drainage ditches... to put into auction and is expected to create an additional source of revenue for the state budget of more than 30 billion VND".

Or in Van Son commune, in the first 10 months of 2016, the auction unit successfully sold 40 plots of land with an area of nearly 6,000 m2.2and collected nearly 12.5 billion VND for the state budget.

It is expected that in the last months of 2016, Do Luong will continue to auction land in Do Luong town (30 lots), Tan Son commune (42 lots), Xuan Son (20 lots) and Dong Son (35 lots), expected to generate revenue for the state of over 50 billion VND./.
