To meet the requirements of digital transformation, along with focusing on propaganda to raise awareness of digital transformation for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers, Do Luong district focuses on investing in completing synchronous digital infrastructure.
In the district, telecommunications enterprises have actively promoted the coverage of 3G/4G mobile Internet and fixed broadband Internet. Currently, network operators (VNPT; Viettel; Mobifone and Vietnamobile) have installed over 130 BTS stations and 190/190 blocks and hamlets have covered 3G/4G Internet and fiber optic Internet.
Thanks to the development of digital infrastructure, all 33 communes and towns have invested in upgrading or establishing new grassroots radio stations (TTCS) applying IT - telecommunications, contributing to improving the effectiveness of propaganda work.
Trang Son Commune is one of the localities that has done well in digital transformation. In the commune, telecommunications enterprises have installed 2 BTS stations, so 7/7 hamlets have 3G/4G mobile Internet and Internet coverage. The commune has invested in upgrading and establishing a new TTCS radio system applying IT - telecommunications, contributing to improving the effectiveness of digital transformation propaganda. Commune officials and civil servants are equipped with computers, scanners, high-speed Internet connection and the Commune People's Committee is connected to a specialized data transmission network.
Thanks to that, the online conference system of Trang Son commune is operated effectively; the information system is effectively used to serve the digital transformation work... In particular, with the support of relevant levels and sectors, the People's Committee of the commune has completed the review and construction of a list of databases under the state management scope of the People's Committee of Trang Son commune...
With the timely attention and support of Do Luong district, the People's Committees of communes and towns have proactively developed local digital transformation plans. 100% of communes and towns have established Digital Transformation Steering Committees and 190/190 hamlets and blocks have established Community Digital Technology Teams.

Do Luong is aiming to become a town, so building and developing e-government and digital government effectively is very necessary. In this reality, the district continues to promote the application of document management and administration systems, email systems, District Electronic Information Portal, District Electronic Information Page, Electronic Information Portals of communes and towns, etc. to ensure information security when exchanging documents on the network environment. Currently, the document management and administration system VNPT - IOffice at the addresshttps://ubnddoluong.vnptioffice.vnhas been deployed to 63 units; according to data from December 10, 2023 to July 30, 2024, there are 858 accounts in use, the rate of regular users of the District People's Committee system is 98.45%; The rate of documents approved by leaders on the system is 100%; The rate of outgoing documents signed digitally on the software is 97.32%.

One of the obvious effects of digital government is the online meeting system. In recent times, the district has effectively applied the online meeting system invested by the province, the district-commune meeting system uses MegaV-Meeting software. From January 1, 2024 to July 30, 2024, 12 online meetings were organized and participated in connecting from the Central to the grassroots level.

The goal of Do Luong district regarding digital economy and digital society is: At least 50% of people aged 15 and over have transaction accounts at banks or other authorized organizations, using electronic payment services; 100% of public agencies and units have implemented salary payments via accounts. 26/35 OCOP products have been introduced and promoted on e-commerce platforms 37nghean.com, postmart.vn.

Enterprises have quickly applied digital technology to management, production processes, product development, etc.
At the same time, the digital transformation sector for people has created an important change in cashless payments when applying online payment platforms. Currently, businesses and stores have used the form of payment by bank transfer (QR code scanning) and applied it when paying tuition fees, paying electricity and water bills, and paying pensions, allowances, social security, etc. through accounts.
