A delegation of leaders and managers of the Communist Party of Cuba offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, Nam Dan.
On the morning of April 19, a delegation of leaders and managers of the Communist Party of Cuba led by Comrade Deivy Pérez Martin - Member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Sancti Spíritus Provincial Party Committee, and member of the Cuban National Assembly, offered incense at the Kim Lien Special National Monument, Nam Dan District.
The delegation included comradeJoy Puentes Saldise - Deputy Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to Vietnam.
Accompanying him were comrade Duong Trung Y - Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; leaders of the Department of Training and Development Management, the Department of International Cooperation and officers and experts of Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.
On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrade Phung Thanh Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of a number of relevant departments and Nam Dan district.

Over the past 65 years, the solidarity and brotherhood between Vietnam and Cuba, founded by President Ho Chi Minh and President Fidel Castro, has been increasingly promoted and developed. Through the ups and downs of history, Vietnam and Cuba have always stood side by side, supporting and helping each other in the most difficult times.


Offering incense and flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site, the delegation of leaders and managers of the Communist Party of Cuba expressed their respect to the great leader of the Vietnamese people. He laid the foundation for the solidarity and brotherhood between Vietnam and Cuba.

President Ho Chi Minh devoted his whole life to the cause of national liberation, for peace and happiness of the people. He was also a shining example, striving tirelessly for peace and progress all over the world. President Ho Chi Minh was honored by UNESCO as a national liberation hero and an outstanding man of culture.

The Vietnam-Cuba friendship is a rare and enduring sentiment in the world. Over nearly 65 years with many ups and downs and historical changes, the solidarity between the two Parties, two countries and two peoples has been constantly nurtured and strengthened.

Coming to offer flowers and incense to President Ho Chi Minh on the occasion of his 135th birthday, the delegation of the Communist Party of Cuba expressed their respect and admiration for the leader of the Vietnamese people, the world's outstanding communist soldier. The delegation wished to continue to foster the traditional solidarity and special friendship between Vietnam and Cuba, inheriting the spirit and close affection of President Ho Chi Minh and President Fidel Castro, deepening the relationship between the two countries and two provinces in many fields.
