On the morning of August 16, towards the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the delegation of the Training Class to update knowledge and skills for planning cadres of the 14th Party Central Committee (first class) came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.
The delegation was led by Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Duy Bac - Permanent Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; Comrade Phan Thang An - Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department as Class President; and 49 students in the class.
On the side of Nghe An province delegates, there were comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Deputy Head of the delegation; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of departments, branches, and Nam Dan district.

At the Kim Lien National Special Relic Site (Nam Dan District, Nghe An Province), in a sacred atmosphere, the delegation respectfully offered flowers, offered incense, and expressed their infinite gratitude and deep respect for President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader of our Party and people, Hero of National Liberation, and Outstanding Cultural Celebrity.

President Ho Chi Minh has passed away, but his image will always live forever in the mountains and rivers of Vietnam. His thoughts will always light the way and show the way for the Vietnamese revolution to go from one victory to another.
During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh paid special attention to the work of training and fostering revolutionary cadres. He said, “Cadres are the root of all work. Therefore, training cadres is the root work of the Party.”

In 1949, he wrote on the first page of the school's Golden Book the following extremely valuable teachings: "Study to work, to be a human being, to be a cadre. Study to serve the Union, to serve the class and the people, to serve the Fatherland and humanity. To achieve the goal, one must be diligent, frugal, honest, upright, fair and impartial."

His teachings are the fundamental motto guiding the educational and learning work of the Party School. The thorough understanding of that motto has become the primary concern of all cadres, lecturers and students studying political theory during revolutionary periods.

Our Party identifies cadres as the decisive factor in the success or failure of the revolution; building a contingent of cadres, especially strategic-level cadres, is a top priority task, an important task of the Party that must be carried out regularly, carefully, scientifically, closely and effectively; investing in building a contingent of cadres is investing in long-term, sustainable development.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation respectfully expressed their gratitude, respect and pride in Uncle Ho; vowing to forever study and follow his noble ideology, morality and style.
Previously, the delegation of the Training Class to update knowledge and skills for planning cadres of the 14th Party Central Committee (first class) and leaders of Nghe An province came to offer flowers and incense at Chung Son Temple - the ancestral temple of President Ho Chi Minh.
