The delegation included comrades: Nguyen Viet Ba - Party Secretary, Editor-in-Chief of Thanh Hoa Newspaper; Ngo Duc Kien - Party Secretary, Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper; Nguyen Cong Thanh - Party Secretary, Editor-in-Chief of Ha Tinh Newspaper and staff and reporters of the three newspapers.

The delegation visited the ATK Dinh Hoa National Special Relic Site, offered incense at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House on top of Deo De Pass, Phu Dinh Commune, Dinh Hoa District (Thai Nguyen); visited Tin Keo Lagoon - where President Ho Chi Minh chaired the Politburo meeting, deciding to launch the Dien Bien Phu Campaign; visited the ATK Dinh Hoa Museum Exhibition House - where nearly 400 documents and artifacts about President Ho Chi Minh and Party and State leaders during the years of resistance against French colonialism at ATK Dinh Hoa (1947-1954) are displayed...
