Military Region 4 delegation visited and presented gifts to the Nursing Centers for Severely Invalid Soldiers in Nghe An province
(Baonghean.vn) - On July 20, the Military Region 4 working delegation led by Colonel Pham Van Dong - Deputy Chief of Political Affairs visited and presented gifts at the War Invalids Nursing Center and the Mental Health War Invalids Nursing Area of Nghe An province.

Accordingly, on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, Colonel Pham Van Dong - Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Military Region and the working delegation presented 40 million VND from the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and the Military Region 4 Command to the collective of the Center for Nursing War Invalids; the Mental Health Nursing Area for War Invalids in Nghe An province; and presented 84 gifts (2 million VND/gift) to 84 war invalids, sick soldiers, martyrs' relatives, and meritorious people being treated at the Center for Nursing War Invalids; the Mental Health Nursing Area for War Invalids in Nghe An province.


Kindly visiting and encouraging the wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs and people with meritorious services, Colonel Pham Van Dong - Deputy Chief of Political Department of the Military Region and leaders of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command expressed their deep gratitude and appreciation for the contributions of the wounded soldiers, sick soldiers and people with meritorious services who have devoted and sacrificed their blood and bones for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
At the same time, Colonel Pham Van Dong hopes that wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, relatives of martyrs, and people with revolutionary contributions continue to live healthy lives, overcome the pain of injuries, rest assured in their care, uphold the example of bravery, will and fortitude of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", and continue to build their families and homelands to become more and more prosperous.
This is one of the activities in the Program to celebrate the 76th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2023) of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense.
