On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, on the afternoon of July 19, a delegation of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City led by Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Hieu visited and presented gifts to wounded and sick soldiers at the Nghe An War Invalids Nursing Center.

In addition to 62 gifts worth a total of 124 million VND given to wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and martyrs' families, the delegation from Ho Chi Minh City presented gifts to the Nghe An War Invalids Nursing Center; on this occasion, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command also presented gifts to wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and those being cared for and treated at the Center.
