The Dien Bien Provincial Delegation visits and works in Nghe An.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of March 18th, a delegation from Dien Bien province, led by Mr. Mua A Son – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited, interacted with, and donated 30,000,000 VND to the Nghe An "Gratitude and Repayment" Fund.

Welcoming the delegation were, on the provincial side, comrades Ho Duc Phoc - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Xuan Duong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with leaders of several provincial departments and agencies.

Leaders of Nghe An and Dien Bien provinces exchanged views on the socio-economic situation of their respective localities.

During the exchange, leaders of the two provinces shared outstanding achievements in socio-economic development. For Dien Bien province, the heroic land where the historic Dien Bien Phu victory took place, contributions were made by people nationwide, including those from Nghe An. Many heroic martyrs from Nghe An are currently resting here, with Dien Bien province paying careful attention to the care of their graves. Nghe An province, a homeland with a revolutionary tradition, has made significant contributions in terms of manpower and resources to the resistance wars, national liberation and unification, as well as the Dien Bien Phu campaign. It is also a province with many beneficiaries of policies for those who have rendered meritorious service. In recent years, through budget and social contributions, Nghe An has focused on caring for the material and spiritual well-being of families of martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers, and those who have rendered meritorious service.

Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province, Mua A Son, presented a donation of 30 million VND to the Gratitude Fund of Nghe An province.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Dai presented Dien Bien province with an embroidered lotus painting.

During the exchange, Mr. Mua A Son, Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province, donated 30 million VND to the "Gratitude and Repayment" Fund of Nghe An province. This donation aims to contribute a small part to supporting policy beneficiary families and caring for cemeteries and graves of martyrs resting in Nghe An province.
