Delegation from Hua Phan province (Laos) congratulates Nghe An province on Tet

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 4, a working delegation from Hua Phan province led by Comrade Phu Xom Tham Ma Vi Xay - Deputy Governor of Hua Phan province (Lao PDR) visited and extended New Year greetings to the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An province.

Welcoming and receiving the delegation were comrade Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of provincial departments and branches.

At the meeting, the two sides informed each other about the socio-economic development of the locality in recent times. In 2015, the two provinces cooperated in many fields, many meaningful events took place in the relationship between the two sides, especially in contributing to maintaining security and socio-economic development in the border area.

Comrade Phu Xom Tham Ma Vi Xay affirmed the close relationship between Nghe An and Hua Phan.

On the occasion of the traditional Vietnamese New Year, comrade Phu Xom Tham Ma Vi Xay wished the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An province a happy and warm New Year, and that in the new year they would achieve more important achievements, and wished that the friendship between Hua Phan and Nghe An would be even closer.

The Deputy Governor of Hua Phan Province also congratulated the success of the 12th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and sent congratulations to Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ho Duc Phoc who was recently elected to the 12th Central Committee of the Party.

Comrade Le Ngoc Hoa hopes that in the coming time, Hua Phan and Nghe An provinces will further strengthen solidarity and friendship.
