(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of March 8, Comrade Buaphan Licayda - Chairman of the Ethnic Committee of the National Assembly of the Lao People's Democratic Republic and his delegation came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien Relic Site, Nam Dan.
Also attending were comrades: Giang A Chu - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly of Vietnam; Hoang Viet Duong - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Van Mao - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province.

The delegation expressed their sincere respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the national liberation hero, world cultural celebrity, genius leader of the Party and people of Vietnam; outstanding activist of the international communist and workers' movement.
President Ho Chi Minh established special ties between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and the people of the two countries.
